Storage and transport

The bulk ingredients are stored in special silos and inox tanks, smaller ingredients are kept in flexible inox containers.

We use special transport links, elevators and blenders which leave the flake structure of the ingredients completely intact. The structure of the end product is essential for quality and external.

Mixing

Hepromij has several different types of blenders for mixing the ingredients. Adding ten per cent hay or straw requires another mixing technique then for adding forty per cent oil.

Of course the weighing of the ingredients is done automatically and very precise which means that different batches of the same product have exactly the same composition.

Packaging

The package is the first thing what your end customer sees of your product. Mainly in the consumer market the look and feel of the package is very important and a essential success factor. Moreover guaranteeing a long shelf life is an equally important aspect.

The packages design and material are always provided by our customers. As our private label customer, you are responsible for the design and the texts. Here at Hepromij will certainly help you by sharing all our knowledge in this area and with correctly formulating the claims.

Hepromij has the possibility to work with different types of packaging formats and materials. The bags can be sealed, stitched or both. If you wish we can also provide big-bags. The choice is all yours!
