Extension machine park Hepromij

Recently, Hepromij has extended their already impressive machine park with a completely new installation for automatic dosage including the addition of micro components. The installation is part of a multi-annual investment plan which will further the strength of Hepromij's leading position in the highest segment for production of special animal food.

The installation consists of a silo park with 3 mineral silos of 40 tons per unit and 8 big bag dosage sites for amino acids and premixes. The dosage consists of 4 weighing scales from 50 kg to 600 kg. Even our smallest scales can measure precisely up to ten grams.

After the mixture is measured out accordingly, it is sucked in a vacuum transfer system to the mixer at the factory. The other raw materials that still have to be added manually, are transported with this same vacuum transfer system to the mixer. The measurement of carry over containing  the important micro components is critical so that undesired mixing does not take place.

All the bags receive a barcode on entry because  it is directly traceable to the assigned batch number on protocols. This is thanks to the new installation and software program.  As you can see, Hepromij is ready for the future with making more advances in innovation and technology. Also, it is important to understand that Hepromij fully complies above and beyond with all legal requirements regarding traceability.  

Also note, that the working conditions for the operators have been significantly improved. The operator now has more time to monitor and improve the excellence of finished products. Therefore, the overall level of quality at Hepromij will be on an even higher standard than previously.
